Finance Minister makes a Peppa Pig birthday cake

Finance Minister Bjarni Benediktsson, according to Mbl.is Smartland section, excels at cake making. His latest effort, an outstanding Peppa Pig cake, was made for his daughters' fourth birthday party. 

"I decided to try my hand at making a Peppa Pig cake for my daughter Lina's fourth birthday. It needed a lot of sugar and a lot of patience," Benediktsson wrote on his Facebook page. This is not the Minister's first attempt at birthday cake making, having made a fabulous Pippi Longstocking cake for his daughter last year. 

"Bjarni has a lot of different sides to his personality, just like anyone else," says his wife Þóra Margrét Baldvinsdóttir to Smartland, Mbl.is lifestyle section. "He's very artistic. This isn't his first birthday cake but it's definitely the most beautiful."
