Swimming pool screening of Dario Argento's masterpiece
The central swimming pool, Sundhöllin was jam packed this weekend when a special screening of cult movie Suspiria by Dario Argento was screened to swimsuit-clad guests. The film was one of a myriad of events at the Reykjavik International Film Festival, RIFF.
To add to the atmosphere, the famous horror film was set to a backdrop of special lighting and a troupe of ballet dancers. Guests were able to enjoy beverages in the pool during the screening. Sundhöllin indoor swimming pool is one of the oldest in the city and was designed by architect Guðjón Samúelsson.
RIFF continues, with over 300 movies, events and panel discussions until October 4th.
