12 concerts in 12 hours
Icelandic band Kælan mikla go on stage at 2 pm at KEXport.
Hip downtown Kex Hostel hosts its annual KEXport this weekend offering twelve concerts in the space of twelve hours, from noon until night. The event, held in cooperation with the KEXP radio station in Seattle features the cream of the crop of Icelandic bands with a live broadcast on KEXP, a radio station that has visited Iceland every year since 2009.
The concerts take place in the outside area behind the hostel and draw crowds of all ages. Admission is free. The programme is as follows:
