Old lady stolen from her bed

New bar/nightclub Dúfnahólar 10 opened last weekend. Huge crowds attended and everything went smoothly except for one thing: someone stole the old lady from the bed, which bizarrely follows the plot of cult movie Sódóma Reykjavik.

As reported on Friday by Iceland Monitor, Dúfnahólar 10 is decorated like the famous apartment of the aforementioned film, with a bathroom, bedroom and kitchen. A mannequin guised as an old woman had been placed under the duvet in the bed. "There was an old woman in the bed on Friday but I guess someone decided to take her. We'd really like her back," says one of the two owners of the bar, Unnar Helgi Daníelsson.
