Hip art festival in east Iceland

In the last decade, the picturesque town of Seyðisfjörður, east Iceland, has becoma a mecca for artists and musicians. This week, a colourful festival called LungA takes place with a series of workshops and events and culminates in a concert next Saturday. 

The festival, which has taken place annually since the year 2000 celebrates creativity, art, collaboration and culture in general. The concert on Saturday features bands Sykur, Grísalappalísa, DJ Flugvél og geimskip and Gangly.
