Icelandic plus-sized model Inga Eiríks, who was recently in a very revealing photoshoot for the Icelandic issue of Glamour is the new and unphotoshopped face of luxury skincare brand Feel Iceland. Eiríks recently founded international model agency Alda Women which aims to promote body diversity.

"We feel that unrealistic sterotypes are prevalent today, stereotyping which has a negative impact on girls and we want to help to change this," explains CEO Hrönn Magnúsdóttir of skincare company Ankra which manufactures the Feel Iceland products. "It's not healthy for women and girls to compare themselves to photoshopped pictures of models and many of them starve themselves. That's why we wanted Inga Eiriks to work with us. She's gained considerable international attention in combatting these body stereotypes. "

Feel Iceland offer supplement capsules and a skin serum containing collagen, marine enzymes and hyaluronic acid which they promote as increasing skin moisture and reducing fine lines.

The products are available at luxury cosmetic store Madison in Aðalstræti in the city centre.
