Björk to headline Iceland Airwaves

The Iceland Airwaves festival has just announced that none other than Iceland's biggest star, Björk, will be headlining the festival this year. Björk's latest album, Vulnicura has received rave reviews and the two concerts taking place at Iceland Airwaves will no doubt be fantastic news to her fans.
Björk's last performance at Iceland Airwaves was in 2011 as part of the Biophilia tour. The Iceland Airwaves festival takes place between November 4th and November 8th and the former concert takes place on Tuesday November 3rd and the latter on November 7th. Both concerts take place in Eldborg main hall in Harpa concert hall and conference centre.
Tickets will be sold separately for the earlier concert and only 1500 tickets will be available for the later date for guests of the festival.
Further line-up announcements today include John Grant, appearing with the Iceland Symphony Orchestra, Vérité, The Pop Group, Lapsley, LA Priest, Sea Change, Ho99o9, Huindre waters, father John Misty, Emmsé Gauti, Agent Fresco, Amabadama, Mammút, Bubbi & Dimma, Muck, Hekla, Ylja og Sóley.
