A casual kiss and whisper with Natalie Portman

Hera Hilmarsdóttir was selected as for The Shooting Star award at the Berlineale film festival on Tuesday. The European film promotion selects ten promising actors/ actresses annually.
Hilmarsdóttir has starred in Icelandic films Vonarstræti and Anna Karenina to name a few as well as US TV series Da Vinci's Demons.
The award was presented to Hilmarsdóttir by Natalie Portman. A picture of the two of them was tweeted by the Icelandic actress with the caption “Just a casual kiss and whisper with Natalie Portman. ”
In an interview with Morgunblaðið Hilmardóttir said, " We had to attend lots of receptions and do a lot of interviews. The idea for the award is to introduce young actors to the scene and for others to get to know our work. "
For those interested in fashion, Hilmarsdóttir's stunning printed dress worn at the ceremony is by Icelandic designer Hildur Yeoman.
