The Mountain becomes the face of a men's fragrance

Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson, otherwise known as The Mountain has become the face of men's fragrance Vatnajökull. Björnsson, who rose to fame in the Game of Thrones series showed his model side in a series of shots taken on Vatnajökull glacier. 

The Vatnajökull fragrance is the latest addition to fragrances by Icelandic label Gyðja collection. Owner Sigrún Lilja Guðjónsdóttir said that she wanted to show Björnsson in a new light. "I wanted to see the person that he really is. He's an honest and good-looking Viking." 

The photographs are taken by Íris Stefánsdóttir who aimed for a " Sensual yet masculine look." She added that it was nice to see Björnsson get into character for the shoot." He's not at all shy."
