The chairmen of the Social Democratic Alliance, the People's Party and the Liberal Reform Party plan to review the work that the parties' working groups have completed this weekend. The plan is to begin writing the coalition agreement at the beginning of next week. This was announced at a meeting of the chairmen, who go by the name of the Valkyries, just now.

"It's going just fine," said Kristrún Frostadóttir, chair of the Social Democratic Alliance, when asked about the status of their talks.

She said that all the working groups had completed their work and that the weekend's task was to review it.

"We plan to start writing the coalition agreement right after the weekend," Frostadóttir said. "We are optimistic about the future," she also added.

Inga Sæland, chair of the People's Party, did not give much indication that there were any differences between them in the talks. "I don't think we have any disagreements here, as you can see we shine like the sun and everything is going well."
