Jakobsdóttir and Tómasdóttir are tied

Katrín Jakobsdóttir and Halla Tómasdóttir are tied at the top of the presidential race with 24.1 percent in a new poll from Maskína. The elections will be held next Saturday, June 1.
In third place is Halla Hrund Logadóttir with 18.4 percent. There is a significant difference between Jakobsdóttir and Halla Tómasdóttir and Halla Hrund Logadóttir.
The survey was carried out for the media company Stöð 2 and Vísir.
Six candidates with a total support of 3.2 percent
Baldur Þórhallsson measures 15.4 percent in fourth place, Jón Gnarr is fifth with 9.9 percent and Arnar Þór Jónsson is sixth with 5 percent. There is a significant difference between all of them.
The other six candidates received a total of 3.2 percent support.
The poll took place from May 27 to May 30 and there were 2,985 respondents. Of those who took a position, 4,9 percent did not know who they would vote for and 0,9 percent did not want to answer the question.
