Islamic State hacks Reykjavik nursery school website

Evidence suggests that the website of a nursery school in the Icelandic capital of Reykjavik was hacked into yesterday by members or followers of so-called Islamic State (also known as Daesh).

As can be seen from the screenshot above, internet users entering the site yesterday would have been greeted by a black screen, featuring the terrorist organisation’s flag and a message to tell their government to cease the use of force in Palestine and Syria.

Klambrar Nursery School looks after 84 children between the ages of 1 and 6.

This is not the first time IS (also variously known as ISIS, ISIL and Daesh has targeted Icelandic websites in this way (see links below).
