Man charged with raping woman in central Reykjavik parking lot in 2016

The Reykjavik District Court yesterday filed a case against a man who is charged with raping a woman on a parking lot in Mjóastræti in central Reykjavik in 2016.
The charges state that the man took advantage of the fact that the woman was in an inebriated state and could not defend herself.
