Knifing incident in city centre still under investigation

One of the men stabbed at Austurvöllur parliament square on Sunday morning is still in grave danger due to life-threatening injuries. The other victim has regained consciousness and has been questioned by police.

An Icelandic man stabbed two Albanian men in their twenties. The suspect is in custody until December 15th.
