Cream son of Jam newest member of Reykjavik Park and Zoo
The newest member of the Reykjavik Park and Zoo was born recently. It’s a snow white calf. He has been given the name Rjómi (Cream), his mother’s name is Sulta (Jam).
Spring is the time of baby animals and there is no exception in Reykjavik Park and Zoo. Baby goats were born recently and the lambs will be born in the nex weeks.
Farm animals, reindeers and seals
In the zoo part of the park you can find Icelandic domestic animals including farm animals, reindeers, harbor seals and arctic foxes. There's also a small exhibition of foreign reptiles.
Reykjavik Park and Zoo is also a family park, with rides for the children as well as other activities.
