Ski lift struck by lightning

The main chair lift in the Bláfjöll skiing area just outside of Reykjavik is only working at half speed due to damage caused by lightning in October.
Guests to the area should therefore prepare for a rather lengthy journey up the mountain unless the lift is repaired by tomorrow, as directors hope.
