Police called out last night as storm wreaks havoc in Reykjavik
Strong winds caused damage in some parts of Reykjavik last night. Roof tiles blew off and a large tree was uprooted.
Rain is expected in East Iceland for the next week with possible flooding of rivers.
In Reykjavik the weather is expected to be mild until Christmas, and on Christmas Eve some sleet or rain is expected.
No weather warnings for this week have been issued.
