Is Icelandic lamb the best in the world?

Are you planning a trip to Iceland soon? If so, it is very likely you’ll find Icelandic lamb on the menu at most eateries you try out.
The Icelandic Lamb Marketing Board has launched a new initiative promoting lamb and other sheep-based products around Iceland.
In the first instance, the drive is aimed at foreign tourists visiting Iceland.
48 Icelandic restaurants have signed up to the ILMB initiative and Icelandic lamb will this summer be given pride of place in all Icelandair Hotel restaurants – with different lamb dishes featured at each one.
