Voting abroad for Iceland’s next President starts tomorrow

Absentee voting abroad for the presidential elections to be held in Iceland on 25 June gets under way tomorrow.

According to information from the Icelandic Foreign Ministry, eligible voters can cast their vote at any Icelandic embassy abroad and at the Icelandic consulates in New York (USA), Winnipeg (Canada), Nuuk (Greenland) and Tórshavn (Faroe Islands).

Absentee voting can also be organised by agreement with Icelandic honorary consuls abroad.
