Icelandic children sleep too little

Icelandic children and teenagers go to bed too late and sleep too little according to a new medical survey conducted in Iceland.
"The best solution to the problem is that parents take responsibility for their children's bedtime habits," says Vaka Rögnvaldsdóttir who worked on the extensive survey which will be taking place for 15- 20 years at the University of Iceland.
