Stundin okkar (Our hour) is one of Iceland's best loved and longest running children's programmes on national television, RÚV. Pop star Páll Óskar who is one of the country's most beloved performers has now made an appearance on Stundin okkar to explain to children what being gay means, an appearance that has gained both him and the programme great applause.

In the clip he says, "You don't decide what makes your heart beat, it just beats."
