Doughnuts every week for a whole year

Iceland’s first branch of US doughnut chain Dunkin’ Donuts opens tomorrow with a special offer guaranteed to tempt those with a sweet tooth.

According to Icelandic news website Nútíminn, the first fifty customers will be given a stamp card entitling them to a free box of doughnuts every week for a whole year.

The Reykjavik branch on Laugavegur will be opening at 9am tomorrow.

Once all planned branches are open, there will be one Dunkin’ Donuts per 20,000 Icelanders – double the rate in the United States.
