WOW air to start new Iceland service to New York

Ticket sales open today for the latest US destination to be operated by Icelandic low-cost airline WOW air – New York.
Scheduled flights from Iceland to New York will begin on 25 November this year. According to WOW air, this will be a daily year-round service.
New York becomes WOW air’s seventh North American destination after Boston, Los Angeles, Montreal, San Francisco, Toronto and Washington DC. Flights will be operated with the airline’s new Airbus A321 aircraft.
“We are very proud to offer a daily service to this great world city at such economical and affordable rates,” says WOW air CEO Skúli Mogensen.
