Around Iceland on a Vespa

Duo Motorliebe, comprised of Germans Dani Heyne and Michael Blumenstein, who previously crossed the USA on Vespa scooters, are now going on a second expedition, this time around Iceland.
The Vespas are around 30 years old and in their book about their US adventures, titled Auf Deer Vespa durch die USA the pair photograph all the interesting locations and people they encounter along the way.
Their Iceland trip began in Seyðisfjörður, East Iceland, ten days ago and they have now reached Ísafjörður in the West Fjords. Interviewed by Mbl.is they say that their favourite place so far is Djúpivogur in East Iceland where they find nature, locals and the history of the place provide a perfect combination.
