Omnom rainbow popcorn for free tomorrow
The popcorn is supposedly made by unicorns.
Iceland‘s fanciest chocolate brand Omnom will be giving away boxes of their new happy popcorn tomorrow at their store from 11-18, as a warm up for the Eurovision Song Contest. Iceland’s Svala Björgvins will perform at the Eurovision stage tomorrow and hopefully get through to the finals on Saturday.
The happy popcorn is in all the colours of the rainbow, covered with chocolate flavoured with liquorice, raspberry, blueberry, mango, passionfruit, strawberries and matcha tea.
It’s a unicorn popcorn (of course), the package is decorated with rainbow colours and unicorns, and the ingredient list is no less colourful. “Rainbow chocolate, popcorn fairies, all kinds of love and disco balls. Made in Iceland, by unicorns that thrive on diversity.”
The popcorn is produced in support of Hinsegin dagar, Reykjavik Pride, and all the profits will go to that. The festival takes place in the second weekend of August, and filles the streets of Reykjavik centre with colours and glitter.
The giveaway tomorrow is the first chance of a taste of this brand new product, which will hit the shelves in July along with a chocolate bar created for the same occation.
