British star chef Jamie Oliver is a regular visitor to Iceland. Here are his recommendations for Reykjavik restaurants.

Oliver revealed this in an interview with the inflight magazine of WOW Air.

Oliver's favourite places are the venues famous for their casual brunches: Bergson Mathús and the Cuckoo's Nest.  He says that he favours laid back places because his wife hates really fancy restaurants.  Oliver had dinner at Dill, Iceland's only Michelin star restaurant and liked it very much, saying that they were able to combine high class food without making the customers feel uncomfortable. He says that Dill had a perfect combination of food and atmsophere and that he enjoyed the experience.

In general, Oliver is impressed with the level of cuisine in Iceland and the talents of Icelandic chefs.
