New Icelandic magazine celebrating different aspects of beauty

Blæti is a stunning new hardcover magazine featuring over 400 pages of interviews, photography, art and fashion.  Fashion photographer Saga Sigurðardóttir is one of the editors of the magazine and is responsible also for most of the beautiful photographs.

"Blæti is a magazine about women, men, fashion, the imperfect, our bodies, hopes, expectations, aesthetics, sorrow, love, loss, memories, desire and so much more," she says.

The magazine features articles, poetry and prose by numerous Icelandic writers and artists, in Icelandic, where the visual aspect becomes interlaced with the written word. Blæti is almost like a work of art in itself and is a beautiful impression of Iceland to take back home.
