Incredible children's bedroom idea from Iceland

Icelander Jóna Hrefna Bergsteinsdóttir lives in Reykjanesbær, South-West Iceland, with her husband and daughter. Their home was built in 1960 and the former owner of the building made a fantastic house within a house in the children's bedroom, much to the delight of their daughter.

The "house" is on two floors, with the bottom floor containing a children's bed and the top floor is a playroom.

"I didn't do anything except paint it and put my "touch" on it when we bought the house in 2014. Our daughter was two years old then but now I think it might be time for a little change," she explains to mbl.is.
