Twelve concerts in twelve hours in central Reykjavik

If you’re in the Reykjavik area tomorrow, be sure to check in at the famous downtown KEX Hostel, which will be hosting KEXPort 2016 from midday to midnight.

Twelve artists will be performing consecutive one-hour sets, showcasing the best of current Iceland music.

The event is held in cooperation with Seattle’s KEXP radio station, which has visited Iceland every year since 2009 and is active in promoting Icelandic music in North America.

The concerts take place in the outside area behind the hostel and admission is free. It will also be streamed live on KEXP.ORG, Kexland.is and MusicReach.tv.
