The head chef of London's famed River Café, Joseph Trivelli will be controlling the kitchen at Kolabrautin restaurant located on Harpa's fourth floor this weekend alongside Shlomit Wimer.
Trivelli will be conjuring up Italian dishes in true River Café style until October 11th. The River Café received a Michelin star in 1998 and has influenced restaurants the world over and selling millions of cookbooks. Amongst other famous chefs who have worked and trained at The River Café are Jamie Oliver, Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall, Theo Randall and April Bloomfeld.
Kolabrautin, located in the stunning Harpa concert hall by the oceanfront, offers spectacular views and fine dining. The Kolabrautin bar is also a destination in itself and was voted Best Cocktail bar in Reykjavík by The Reykjavik Grapevine.
