Icelandair introduce Facebook flight booking function

Users of Facebook Messenger can now use the app to search and book flights with Icelandic flag carrier Icelandair, as well as organise stopovers and get all sorts of information about Icelandair services.

The airline’s new ‘Messenger Bot’ – currently available in English only – guides you through the process of booking Icelandair flights and stopovers and respond to queries about travelling with the airline.
