World Travel Awards – Iceland winners

The World Travel Awards – often known in the business as the ‘Oscars of the Travel Industry’ – were held in Sardinia, Italy, at the weekend.

Awards are given for each country and twenty Icelandic hotels were nominated in six categories. The overall Best Hotel award went to Reykjavik’s Hotel Borg.
