Beer garden to open in Reykjavik's financial district

June sees the opening of a beer garden at the brand new Fosshótel Reykjavik in Höfðatorg, central Reykjavik as reported by restaurant website veitingageirinn.is. The beer garden is the first of its kind in the city and will be offering a wide variety of beers from all around the world as well as gourmet hot dogs, ribs and fish and chips. Vegetarians can also rejoice as the wonderful veggie hot dogs, Bulsur, will be available. The soon-to-open Fosshótel hotel is Iceland's largest hotel. The beer garden will seat 120 people and is set to feature live bands on weekends.
